Jaime King’s nighttime routine is pretty complex, I usually fall asleep playing Words With Friends.

Several of you have asked my nightly ritual. I start by chanting the Ani-Hu meditation (you can find it on YouTube) with my children before bed while enjoying a cup of tea. I put my magic potions in a diffuser (life-changing), these are a few of my must have products that I use to hydrate and cleanse (along with La Mer's foaming facial wash), I have a stack of pictures by my bed that have great meaning, so I pick one to fall asleep to and wake up to so that I am reminded that I am blessed and surrounded by love. I hope that inspires you and answers your questions and I would love to hear what you all do to relax before bed! 🌸💜✨

Blake went to her assistant’s wedding a few days after having her second baby and to that I say good for her. I think I wore sweatpants for approximately 8 months.
