TMZ.com is reporting that Britney will NOT regain 50/50 custody of her children. The judge presiding over the custody battle has determined that she’ll see her babies twice a week from noon to 7pm and will be allowed one overnight visit WITH a monitor.

For the first time in her life, perhaps, someone has said No, which of course has always been part of the problem. That she has never been refused. That he has never had to learn. That she has the emotional range and the intelligence of a fruit fly.

Maybe now she’ll turn it around. Slowly.
