As Kelly Osbourne said last night, and repeated by Duana, pulling off a ponytail with a one shoulder is not an easy accomplishment. Diane Lane did it so beautifully. Always so beautiful.
I just really... don’t care for this dress.
It’s OK, I guess.
And, well, not much more.
It’s not imaginative. It’s not memorable. I suppose it’s adequate for the date of a nominee but it’s certainly very much less than as an option for a nominee proper, and for a woman as spectacular as Diane Lane, almost criminally ordinary. You also probably saw it on a bridesmaid last summer at a wedding.
