Harry and Emrata: A Vague Timeline

It’s been just over a week since Harry Styles and Emily Ratajkowski were seen kissing in public in Tokyo. I’m stressing the “public” part of it because it’s not like they were hiding. There were so many other people around, they were outside, in the largest city in Japan, a country known for its technological innovation. Wifi is very easily accessible in Japan, and pocket wifi is relatively affordable. Almost everyone in Japan is on social media (over 90% of the population) – my point is that if you’re a famous person kissing on a street in Tokyo, it’s hard to argue that you’re trying to be discreet. 

Anyway, since Harry and Emrata became a story, everyone’s been trying to figure out how it started, who else was involved when it started, and when it started. And now Emily may be letting us know. She was on the Going Mental with Eileen Kelly podcast in an episode that was released on March 9 and revealed that she’d been seeing someone for a month which means it’s now two months. Per Page Six:

“The “My Body” author appeared on a podcast released March 9 — two weeks before she and Styles were seen sloppily making out — in which she discussed the “kind of great” man she had started recently dating. 

“I just started dating someone that I think I like, so that is different,” she said on “Going Mental With Eileen Kelly.”

“But if you had been talking to me four weeks ago, absolutely. I would be seeing someone and then suddenly the way he would walk would be like, ugh.”

So basically right after she broke up with Eric Andre. Which confirms again what we’ve known about Emrata – this girl doesn’t linger, she keeps it moving! And I’m pretty sure most people would move on just as quickly from Eric Andre if they knew they were moving on to Harry f-cking Styles. Literally. 

The question now is… is it still happening? Or was it two months and done for Harry and Emrata? She’s back in New York now, his whereabouts are unknown. He ostensibly does have more free time than usual though, since he’s on break from his tour. Will be interesting, if it’s still on, how horny they are for each other and how far they’re willing to travel.
