As Maria just noted in her Celebrity Social Media post, so many celebrities have been sharing their Halloween costumes, so I’ll just let you know my favourite … until Beyoncé drops hers, if she drops at all since she’s in quiet mode right now.

Until then, it’s Eugene Lee Yang who is never not fabulous and, naturally, set the standard for all Kpop Demon Hunters this Halloween.

My idol! He didn’t just get the mic a little higher, he smashed the motherf-cker – and maybe the Honmoon.

Speaking of Kpop Demon Hunters, though, it is returning to theatres this weekend as Netflix is taking advantage of a relatively weak release week to see how much more money they can make from the most-watched movie of all time on their platform. It won’t do the numbers it did in August when it screened at the multiplex for a couple of days for singalong sessions, but for some people, it’ll be a place to go in full costume at full voice and volume…though probably not in Canada. And definitely not tomorrow when the Jays are at home for game 6 of the World Series. If game 7 is necessary on Saturday night, it will also be a slow night at the theatre, for idols, demons, and everyone else.

What else happened today…

Have you heard? The word of the year is 6-7 which means kids will stop saying 6-7 because it’s now been legitimised by… like… school. And grownups. Because 6-7 is now a Halloween costume, popular with parents. This is, actually, kinda genius on the parents’ part because no parent I know understands it and all of them are annoyed by it. And this is what parents have been doing since people became parents – there’s no quicker way to get a kid to stop doing something than to start doing it yourself. (The Cut)

Not a list I will be perusing but I know many people are super into spooky season so here’s a list of the 34 scariest movies of all time. (Refinery 29)

Doug Liman is still mad at Amazon about Road House, a very entertaining movie that knew what it was, starring my nemesis Jake Gyllenhaal. (Pajiba)

Kristen Stewart in bangs and red pants which… I love pants, but I’ve never had much desire to wear a pair of red pants. This isn’t a colour she wears often, but I do like how she’s doing it here. (Go Fug Yourself)

Kim Kardashian thinks the moon landing was fake and, no shade, she would be an expert in manipulating visuals…right? LOL. (Celebitchy)
