Maybe it’s just me, maybe it’s because I’ve just consumed my bodyweight in turkey and delicious Polish homecooking, maybe it’s because I long for the days when my ass could dance on command and speak several languages, but one look at this photo, taken just yesterday in Beverly Hills, and it feels like it’s 1990 all over again. Same Dylan, same Brandon, even the same expressions – it could totally be 15 years ago, standing outside the Peach Pitt, Brandon telling Dylan he should go back to school, Dylan replying in his slow drawl, with a shrug of the shoulders, looking far off into the horizon “No man…school’s not for me”, before sauntering off towards his bike and speeding away in a cloud of cool dust, to go pick up Kelly and have sex with her in the hot tub.
