For Your Fitness: 20 Minutes, No Equipment
One the common barriers to working out at home is equipment. Let’s see if we can address that concern. Because physical wellness can help mental wellness.
So here’s another workout video to get you through the weekend and next week! I hope some of you are able to get outside for some exercise but if you’re still quarantined at home this is a great 20 minute workout you can do any time of the day and without any equipment. I taught a class very similar to this all week and it definitely got my heart rate up! Lots of modifications so it’s good for anybody and any fitness level. Do it once or two times through or add it to a walk or run or another workout.
