Gwyneth Paltrow and Chris Martin were seen together last week as they celebrated their son Moses’ high school graduation. Their daughter, Apple, was also there, along with Blythe Danner, G’s brother Jake, and also Brad Falchuk. You can see the photos at Page Six

Apple’s 20th birthday was a couple of weeks ago. Moses turned 18 in April and will reportedly be going to Brown. Brad’s son is also starting university, and G told The Sunday Times about this life change:

"In the fall, Brad [Falchuk] and I have boys that will be going off to university," Paltrow says [via PEOPLE] of her son Moses and her husband's son Brody. "It'll be interesting to see how the morning routine changes with no kids in the house."

"On the one hand, incredible sadness. A deep sense of impending grief," the actress says of how she feels about the kids leaving. "On the other hand, this is exactly what should be happening."

Life changes often come with location changes. And the Wall Street Journal had the exclusive the other day that Gwyneth is selling her Brentwood home for just under $30 million. If you follow her on Instagram you’re probably familiar with it, or at least the foyer and the kitchen. The foyer is distinct for the large black and white diamond tiles which she also has in the entryway in her home in Montecito. The kitchen, of course, is where she’s shot so many of her cooking videos.

Gwyneth bought the place in 2012 for $9 million and I remember this because up to that point, she and Chris Martin had been living in London for a decade so it made big headlines at the time when they were relocating. Gwyneth kept the house in the divorce and eventually Brad and his kids joined her but now all the kids are doing their own thing so it’s time to downsize, sort of. There’s the property in Montecito, of course, but there’s also the estate in Amagansett which is where she did her 73 Questions with Vogue last year and used her Oscar as a doorstop. That place is huge, with multiple gardens, including an apple orchard. “It’s an abundance!” is what G says at one point in that video and I guess it’s about to be slightly less of an abundance but downsizing, where she’s concerned, isn’t the way regular parents do it when they sell the family home and opt for a two bedroom condo. On holidays and other occasions for family gatherings, Gwyneth and Brad and the children and extended family will have more than enough room either in Montecito if they’re staying west, or Amagansett if they’re on the east coast.

According to her real estate agent, G and Brad will be looking for another place in LA, perhaps smaller but no less luxurious.

You know what I’ve always wondered about the wealthy where multiple homes are concerned? Like, for most of us, all of our sh-t is in one place. If I want to wear That Pair of jeans, I don’t have to get on a plane to get them. How do they decide to keep what and where? Like does she have the exact same set of pots and pans in every house? If you are rich or know rich people, I’d love for you to weigh in on this at The Squawk today. (app link here)

Anyway, here are Gwyneth and Brad and their moms the other day meeting up with Katy Perry and her daughter in Santa Barbara.
