I feel like it’s been a long, long time. If anyone ever needed a Career Prospectus…
It wasn’t like this 10 years ago. Or less. He was Robert Pattinson back then – the goodlooking star of a mega franchise that didn’t exactly showcase his talent. And then a few bad choices. Fortunately for him, he’d made enough money from Star Wars to be able to retreat back to Canada and work on his farm for a while. And now he’s back on set after not being in a movie for, literally, years.
The film is American Heist. He’s a co-producer (with Adrien Brody) and his brother is co-directing. Brody also stars alongside Jordana Brewster and Akon. It’s a remake of Steve McQueen’s St Louis Bank Robbery. Erm, Brody’s not exactly who I’d have in mind to come out a slump with, you know?
