For those of you who are new to LaineyGossip, “This Hot Bitch” is how I refer to Sharon Stone. She’s hot AF, she’s a bitch in the best way, and she’s bringing her best right now in Los Angeles during this unimaginable crisis.

Here she is telling people about the initiative she’s been helping with.

And here’s where the initiative is taking place. What I love about this video below is that Sharon isn’t just showing people on social media, she’s also kinda like the receptionist…right? She’s doing the greetings and providing the information! Sharon Stone is 411! (Does 411 still exist? Does TikTok know what 411 is?)

You will note that in the caption for that post, Sharon uses the word “shop”. Many people are donating items to those who’ve been displaced by the wildfires and, presumably, people in need will be able to pick up clothes and other essentials. As someone in the comments explains:

Sharon Stone's use of "shopping" explained

If you can’t see that attachment, here’s what it says.

“For people wondering about Sharon’s use of the word “shopping”: she seems to be using the term to give people some dignity. Shopping doesn’t always mean “spending money” (at least that’s how it used to be.) We used to “window shop” all the time; meaning we’d go looking in stores but not spend any money. She’s not only helping to solve problems, but trying to give some dignity back.”

I love that Sharon understands this particular language sensitivity. And Sharon’s the reason why other celebrities have been informed about this effort. Halle Berry jumped on it quick.

In the comments under Halle’s repost, Michelle Pfeiffer added that she’d be heading to the store today. Many other celebrities were also alerted this way.

Sharon also, in her stories, shared this reel about incarcerated firefighters who have been essential in rescue and containment efforts this week.

Like Sharon, so many other celebrities are highlighting the heroic contributions of first responders. Jason Momoa is just one example.

Selena Gomez, Ariana Grande, Billie Eilish, and so many more are sharing resources and links on their feeds. Prince Harry and Meghan Markle updated their website to include a helpful guide for support. Harry and Meghan are working with World Central Kitchen, have made donations and sent supplies, and according to PEOPLE have also opened up their home to their loved ones.

Like so many of you reading here, our team has those we care deeply about living in the LA area and affected by the wildfire. Many of you who’ve been reading over the years are in the LA area. We hope you and your family and friends are safe and continue to stay safe.
