Mandy Moore: Unbothered

The gossip story of 2026 so far—wow, the first of this year has really been a decade—is Ashley Tisdale’s toxic mom group drama. One of the assumed moms in the group is Mandy Moore, but she’s been staying out of it, unlike Hilary Duff’s husband. Moore was out and about in Los Angeles yesterday, remaining unbothered, rocking a double denim look. Is still a Canadian tuxedo if there’s no jean jacket?

But Mandy will soon be hitting the promotional trail as she co-stars in comedian Nate Bergatze’s film debut, The Breadwinner. She plays a woman who scores a Shark Tank deal—Kevin O’Leary getting entirely too much airtime lately—and has to entrust the care and feeding of their children to her hapless husband. There are a lot of people I like involved with this movie, including Mandy Moore, but it looks like a 2000s CBS sitcom in which a schlubby dude has an inexplicably hot wife.

The Breadwinner comes out in March. Stay unbothered, Mandy. This is not worth getting worked up for. Although if you want to weigh in on the mom-drama, we’re listening!
