Some material just doesn’t travel well. They say this gown was a production. That it required 200 hours of embroidering. But isn’t all that hard work wasted on a dress that appears so wrinkly under the light? You can see a thousand tiny folds and creases all over, up and down, from bust to toe, downgrading every stitch.
To say nothing of the unflattering bulge section right below the waist. Jessica Chastain has no bulges, of course not. So I can’t decide if it’s a poor construction or if it’s that same old satin problem we encounter too often, producing lumps where there are no lumps and bumps where there are no bumps. Louis Vuitton totally failed her here.
