As expected (basically as soon as they announced she’d be playing Sarah Palin it was expected), Julianne Moore won the Critics’ Choice Television Award for Best Actress in a Movie/Miniseries last night for Game Change. Emmy nominations will be announced next month. There is no way she’s not called and, well, chances are she sweeps the Emmys, the Globes, and the SAGs too. Unless Nicole Kidman decides to start swanning around the Hollywood Foreign Press Association. You know.

Anyway, as you can see, Julianne looked thrilled to win. Of course. Because she always loses! Let me just bitch and moan about this again because I will never let it go - WHY does Hilary Swank have TWO Oscars?

But she looks amazing in this dress, another optical illusion dress, right? I just wish...

The shoes, the shoes are killing me they’re so terrible.
