Saturday in Santa Monica, in a hangar at the local airport, check out Kate Beckinsale on the carpet at the Pink Party to benefit Cedars-Sinai Women’s Cancer Research. You would have thought it was a gala, right? One look at her husband will tell you – it was certainly not a gala. Not even close. When the man doesn’t have to tuck in his shirt, why is she overkilling it all the way to the Golden Globes?
This must be why she and Posh get along.
On the opposite end of the spectrum, Taupe showed up in jeans and didn’t bother to wash her hair. Taupe is pregnant though. Comfort > style. And I’d rather be underdressed with an appropriate excuse than overdressed with no excuse and, worse still, overdressed and underwhelming despite the effort.
