Kelly Clarkson versus the Brooklyn tchotchke magic store is a low-stakes celebrity scandal made for Twitter.

It just doesn’t work on Instagram or Threads or TikTok.

From the reigning Sexiest Man Alive who gave us “slutty little glasses,” comes the slutty little head shake. There was an online rumour that Jonathan Bailey and Simone Ashley were set to work together on the romantic comedy One Month Mark, but that’s not true. Jennifer Lawrence is attached.

Kayleigh Donaldson at Pajiba has written about something that has long fascinated me: the full-body scan sponcon. My guess is that the marketing budget isn’t just straight-up cash for a post, instead they might do a free treatment, and then a payout based on how many people book using the affiliate code. This way, the celebrity is really incentivized to sell it to their followers.

My hubris in recommending TV shows caught up to me because after week of recommending Lanterns, they did not stick the landing. The season finale was… not great. But maybe they course-correct for the second season. I always assume that superhero storylines can just reverse anything that happened with a loophole parallel universe or whatever.

Victoria Beckham has collaborated with Westwing on table settings. I really like the champagne coupes. A set of 4 glasses are £99, which is pricey but not outrageous. It’s not IKEA-affordable but not that far off from somewhere like Crate & Barrel.

Liam Gallagher is absolutely reading all of that, LIZ, and went back and forth thanking her multiple times in the comments. He lives in the Twitter replies.
