Well at least she’s older

After Christmas, Mimi probably feels like she has ownership of Valentine’s Day. Because, you know, she dominates the colour red. Also teddy bears.

This Valentine’s Day however must have been a dark place. She might say it was “bleak”. Who’s sending her flowers? Who’s serenading her from a white horse? Who’s filling up her bathtub with champagne and gold flake soap?

Not Nick Cannon.

According to Page Six, Nick Cannon was with Nicole Murphy on Valentine’s Day for a romantic late-night dinner. So, clearly, he has no problem moving on.

Well, at least she’s older.

Is that Mimi’s consolation? Because going by her Instagram, she’s hanging on to whatever she can, most recently quoting from the Bible:

I worry about our butterfly. I worry that her voice is shot. I worry that she won’t be able to hold up for Vegas. I worry about all the “hard work” she’ll have to put in for that show. I worry that they’ll stitch her up so tight in those gowns, they’ll need to airlift her on and off the stage.

Mimi was born in the Year of the Dog. The outlook for the Dog in the Year of the Goat/Sheep is actually pretty scandalous. More tomorrow.
