Oscar Winners in Plaid

My obsession with platinum blonde Olivia Colman continues. 

When I posted about her last week it was about her new film Wicked Little Letters which is basically a movie about women cursing and we love it when Olivia curses. She loves it when she curses. If you haven’t already, here she is cursing at the premiere of Wicked Little Letters answering a question about her favourite swear – and you see there when she rolls her eyes? It tells you that Olivia doesn’t f-ck with people who are too precious about it:

Anyway this is not a post about Olivia’s filthy mouth – instead we’re talking about her style. Do you remember what Olivia was wearing when she won her Oscar? I don’t. So am I imagining it when I say that I feel like she’s levelled up her style game since winning the Oscar? Check her out at the Burberry show last night in a full plaid set. She looks amazing, if I were Burberry I’d sign her to a full campaign. 

Over in New York there was another Oscar winner in plaid, a two-time Oscar winner, actually. Check out Hilary Swank in her best outfit in years while doing press for Ordinary Angels. The tailoring here is impeccable and I’m waiting on her stylist, Thomas Carter Phillips to post the details.
