Carpets & Candids: Olivia’s petals

This red and white petals dress is supposed to be a showstopper. To me it’s more like a gimmick dress. And it’s trying too hard with the matching flower at the hem. So I much prefer the black sheer top from another event over the white child art print skirt. This is the look I’ll remember.
