The Drama in Paris
While his wife/partner, Suki Waterhouse, was in New York hanging out with BTS yesterday, Robert Pattinson was photographed in Paris after dinner with his mother, Clare. Today his co-star Zendaya was seen in Paris with Tom Holland.
The premiere is happening right now – at the time of this writing, photo agencies don’t have the pictures up yet, and this post just went up of RP on the carpet.

We’ll have more to say about the premiere tomorrow once we get more visuals. For now, just know that Tom is with Zendaya on this leg of the press tour, and as we have seen him do over the years, it’s adorable the way he looks after her, politely extricating her from photographers and fans, the bodyguard who is now, also, the husband.
In addition to the premiere, Zendaya and Robert are junketing in Paris. A few of those interviews happened today and will continue tomorrow. As you can see, she continues to follow the colour theme for this film.

I can never resist a white/cream sweater and I’m already obsessed with this one and Law Roach hasn’t told us what it is yet. His focus is on the red carpet. By the time you read this, you’ll probably have already seen what she’s wearing tonight but on IG stories, Law has already confirmed that it’s Louis Vuitton.

The Drama opens a week Friday and my colleagues who have screened it all reacted positively. One of them said it was funnier than he expected, not that there aren’t uncomfortable parts as hinted at in the trailer, but there’s definitely some dark humour here, I can’t wait to see it.
What else happened today…
Duana texted me about Lindy West yesterday, because we are from a certain time on the internet, when people wanted to read confessional writing for the sake of reading and not taking it to TikTok. That’s an oversimplification of the situation – and for a more thorough take of the Lindy West Discourse that’s dominating online writing and reading corners, Kayleigh Donaldson has you covered, as usual. Rege-Jean Page looks great in this cardigan. The British men and their cardigans lately! (Go Fug Yourself)
Cat Zhang on the new musician-to-actor pipeline and… there are so many of them going from song to screen right now. (The Cut)
Prince Harry and Meghan Sussex are working on a scripted series about the polo community. Their docuseries about polo was pretty flat – but the scripted take on it has a lot more potential because these people are wealthy and privileged and it’s a close-knit community. Of course if we’re talking about a fictionalised version of the sport, the mind goes to Jilly Cooper. Rivals season two comes out in May, and Jilly’s world takes place in England in the 80s. Harry and Meghan, however, are doing polo in America, presumably now. Hopefully it’s just as horny. (Celebitchy)
Roxana Hadadi makes a great point – Project Hail Mary is basically a Star Wars movie and Rocky is a droid. But closer to R2-D2 obviously not BB-8, my archnemesis, who is always trying to be the main character. Rocky would never. Rocky is an equal partner. BB-8 is a famewhore. (Vulture)
