There’s been…so much happening that I forgot to post this very important update on the Byrne-Cannavale bearded dragon. He is home but still nameless.

Jesse Plemons did not get the Oscar nod (but probably should have). I have an idea for his next project.

DJ Fat Tony went on morning TV in the UK and spoke about the infamous Beckham “first” dance – he says the inappropriateness was the timing (Brooklyn was expecting Nicola, Marc Anthony called Victoria the most beautiful woman in the room). Again, we have known this for ages!!! This completely aligns with stories we’ve already heard.

Also, it was 11 p.m. maybe Marc was just trying to get people out of their seats. We know Vicky can cut a rug. This drama is starting to feel a little Footloose.

Selena Gomez has the opportunity to do the funniest thing ever and post a 7-page story about Martin Sheen cutting her wedding cake before she and Benny Blanco had a chance. (As an aside, she used to be very close with Peltz-Beckhams. That ended pretty quickly.)

The Rock also didn’t get the nomination he was hoping for but is taking it in stride, at least publicly. In theory, the Oscar nominations are for a specific movie but we all know they nominate careers as well. And after years of taking the pay cheque, it feels like The Rock has a bit more work to do with the voters. It’s certainly not impossible, Adam Sandler has done it twice and let’s be honest, he’s a lovely celebrity and probably very fun to be with on set with but he’s made some very low-effort movies.
