A one time member of the Freebie Five, Simon Pegg was on hand last night at the premiere of Run Fatboy Run, costarring Thandie Newton and directed by David Schwimmer. Yes, that David Schwimmer. The man who played limp Ross. Limp Ross who was inconceivably written as Rachel Green’s lobster… which to me has always been a television mystery.

Who was attracted to Ross? And why would Rachel be attracted to Ross? What was attractive about Ross???

But I digress.

This is about the hotness of Simon Pegg. And if you’ve never seen his movies, I don’t expect you to get it. But if you HAVE seen his movies, if you’ve seen Shaun of the Dead and Hot Fuzz, if you’ve seen him on television, I know you totally get Simon Pegg, even though he isn’t looking his greatest and I’m not feeling the hair.

PS. Thandie Newton suffers from the same Overdressing Problem as Kate Beckinsale. Poor thing looks like a lei. And I wouldn’t have gone with black shoes.
