Simu Liu and Allison Hsu got married at a chateau in France – the photos are really dramatic and posh. Woody Harrelson is in one of the pictures (he did a reading) and the bride wore a dress designed by her sisters, who own the bridal line, Nicole + Felicia.

Now let’s talk about the music: Renee Rapp performed “At Last” then Brooklyn Soul got everyone on the dance floor then Loud Luxury (a DJ duo Liu met in university in Canada) took over. A live performer, a big band, and then a DJ is a perfect setup for a long night of dancing. That is a party.

As Ever launched its holiday gift baskets and an advent calendar for the holidays last week, a holiday marketing push that included a newsletter from Meghan. The strength is in the packaging, particularly for the set of jams and teas that come in a woven basket (which would make for a nice Christmas gift). PEOPLE is reporting that the family will be in California for the holidays, and Meghan is looking forward to it because she misses her mom and friends. This is hardly surprising, but it still leaves the big unanswered question – why did they uproot so suddenly to the UK? Is it so Harry could heal the rift with his dad? Is it for education? For access to aristocracy? Was Harry simply homesick? The “why” of it kind of hangs over everything.

Whenever there’s a celebrity nanny story I instantly click because I’m curious about the schedule. Childcare is hard, physical work and if you need long hours, one person can’t do it all. Kylie and her husband Jason Kelce have four kids and a busy schedule, and on Michelle Obama’s podcast, she said they employ one nanny and have a lot of help from grandparents. One nanny for four kids doesn’t seem like a lot to me, but the older two might be in school full time? Looking at her and Jason’s feed, it seems like they are both working a ton, often together. Her feed is almost entirely sponsored posts, everything from Google to Peppa Pig to CVS to Pull-Ups. They are definitely benefiting from the burst of popularity the Kelces experienced, but the entire family has a knack for capitalizing on it without tipping over into exploiting it.

Callum Turner stars in a new campaign for Louis Vuitton and maybe the Bond casting rumours are a bit enthusiastic. The charm offensive is lacking a spark.

Jennifer Meyer and Tobey Maguire finalized their divorce in late September and last weekend she married Geoffrey Ogunlesi in Hawaii. She and Geoffrey have a baby together, too. Some of the reporting around Jen and Tobey tried to wring some gossip out of it – why did the divorce take so long? Was it money or custody? Seemingly no, they just never bothered to get around to the legal part of it. Tobey officiating the wedding makes that pretty clear.
