Melissa McCarthy went to Barbra Streisand’s house and because Stephen Colbert is a professional, he asked about the basement mall.

Sarah wrote about David Ellison news this morning and while I’m following along, I really don’t understand the details. But Rob Lowe is weighing in.

Re: industry challenges
David,
Among the long-standing, important and unresolved issues, I urge you to consider my lack of a credit in Tommy Boy. This atrocity was perpetrated by a previous regime, and is a known stain on the Paramount legacy.…
Family estrangement has been a big topic of gossip because of the Beckhams, but it’s not just parents and children who fall out. Hilary Duff confirmed that she and her sister Haylie don’t speak (which is pretty obvious from their long-time social media freeze). Even though it was widely speculated on, it’s a different thing to confirm it on a morning talk show. And it makes me think the relationship is pretty far gone if she’s willing to acknowledge it publicly, like this isn’t fresh.
OK you know what’s crazy about Chelsea Handler’s new project Townhouse? It centers around a washed-up reality TV star trying to revive her career from a crumbling townhouse. This is really similar to a true storyline on Real Housewives of New York. Sonja Morgan was married to an heir of Morgan Stanley, divorced him and got a townhouse and cash settlement. She lost $7 million in a really bad film investment and spent her time on the show in a dilapidated townhouse, surrounded by harried interns. I feel like she should get an associate producer credit on this or something. (Click here if you can't see the post below)
I read a very, very low-tier headline that Tom Cruise and Nicole Kidman are on friendly terms again and hanging out with their children. This is subterranean-level gossip, like “Barack Obama leaves Michelle for Jennifer Aniston”-level bad.
But a little part of me thinks this type of friendship, a conscious-uncoupling twenty years later, would be amazing. Not romantic, obviously, but a good hang. Tom needs a friend, who better than a generational actress. She does so much interesting work, he must appreciate it.
Robert Pattinson is going to be doing a lot of press for The Drama and it’s very important to keep in mind that he is LYING. It’s his hobby.
