It’s that time of year! Lainey is tied up with a Christmas shoot with The Social’s breakout star Jess Allen, and general holiday busy-ness. You’ve got me for What Else. – Kathleen

Mindy Kaling posted a quote about dating on Instagram the other day that made me laugh and is now very applicable to a new interview with Taron Egerton. The quote is, “My body is very attracted to your body but when you speak, my brain gets angry.”  If you’ve been reading the site, you know we like to crush on Taron. Welp, he’s saying the #MeToo movement makes him scared to be alone with “certain people” (I hate this talking point men keep peddling – like, are you a secret rapist? No? Then there’s nothing to be scared of) and he’s boasting about his friendship with Kevin Spacey. My brain is angry and my crush is dwindling. (Dlisted)

Happy 100 episodes, black-ish! The cast celebrated the milestone with a party and while The Fug Girls aren’t very into Tracee’s cropped Chloe sweater, I’m all about it. I also NEED the silk suit Marcus Scribner is wearing that they describe as, “a tracksuit he bought off an infomercial.” And? Infomercial tracksuit is my goal aesthetic. What infomercials are they watching and where can I find one? (Go Fug Yourself)

People were mad at Sarah Michelle Gellar, the only Buffy I will ever recognize, for “fat shaming” because she posted a picture on IG of herself looking skinny in lingerie with the caption, “I’m just going to pin these up all over my house as a reminder not to overeat on Thursday.” She’s referring to American Thanksgiving. It wasn’t a funny or clever post and everyone should be able to eat whatever the f-ck they want, especially on a holiday, with no shame but I think we have better sh-t to be mad about, like the existence of canned cranberry sauce. Lainey wrote about #Justice4Glitter last weekNow, Mariah Carey is talking about a potential sequel. I am all for #Justice4Glitter and putting respect on all the diva movies that were maligned when they were released but are really cinematic masterpieces like Glitter, Burlesque and Crossroads – not Gigli though, Gigli is still trash. (OMG Blog)

Remember when everyone was asking for The Rachel? I don’t because I’m so young and also not a white woman but it was a thing in the ‘90s because of Jennifer Aniston. The Cut thinks “the Ti-mo-tay” is the new “The Rachel.” Women are copying Timothee Chalamet’s haircut. Yes, the same hair that Lainey named the winner of her hair-off. Did Lainey start this trend? (The Cut)

Have I yelled at you enough to watch Creed II this weekend? Here’s some more motivation: Vanity Fair has profiled its director Steven Caple Jr. I’ve objectified him before by calling him a “secret snack.” Even though that’s still true, I’m going to focus on his work. Steven shows his work in Creed II. It’s an exhilarating blockbuster debut for the indie director. I’m so excited for him. Read all the reasons why you should be excited about Steven Caple Jr. (Vanity Fair)
