Jessica Chastain looks so good in this neon green suit at the Drama Desk Awards. SO good. What a perfect colour on her. And the fit is excellent. I don’t love the way the pants flare at the bottom, like as a personal preference, but she is making it work. (Go Fug Yourself)

Elle Fanning talks about the time she lost out on a role when she was 16 because they decided she was “unf-ckable”. Who’s they? Well for the few of you who’ve watched The Idol, think about the conversations that Hank Azaria and Jane Adams have off the top of episode one, when they’re talking about Lily-Rose Depp’s character like she’s not human. This is how industry executives speak, not just men but sometimes women too. I’ve been at parties or sitting around at other Hollywood events and I’ve overhead it. From power players and also certain actors. (Dlisted)

This Leah Remini story is so great – she’s just finished her second year at NYU, and it’s quite moving the way she talks about education, what it means to her since she was deprived of it as a child. Education is a human right and Leah is finally able to claim that right in the second half of her life. (Cele|bitchy)

I appreciate Kim Cattrall’s candour when talking about aging and the work she puts in. Some people don’t want the injections, that’s fine. But Kim does, and she also recommends a good surgeon – thank you, Kim! For acknowledging that you have a surgeon! Kim also makes a good point about how this isn’t just about vanity. Sure, she’s vain, but she’s also pragmatic about the kinds of roles she plays – this is part of the job for her. (OMG Blog)

It's a big day for David Beckham who has reportedly signed Lionel Messi to Inter Miami – a huuuuuuge get for the club. David is being credited for landing the player some consider to be the greatest of his time. (The Athletic)
