There were so many good looks at the Tiffany & Co event last night in London, it’s too hard to narrow it down to just one outfit of the week. So let’s just go all out with the fashion porn in this post, starting with Miss Kate Sharma herself, aka Simone Ashley, the breakout star of Bridgerton S2, in a pale pink dress that fits her perfectly, criss-cross straps above the breast.
I love this shot of her with her shoes off:
But have you seen her with bangs? She is so pretty it’s ridiculous – look at her face with bangs:
While Simone was in full length last night, Gal Gadot went for cocktail length. Gal signed on with Tiffany a couple of months ago as an ambassador and she’s repping in Tiffany blue, this is suuuuuuch a pretty dress on her. High collar shows off her face – also stupidly attractive – and well done to keep the makeup neutral, and the flare on the skirt, with the black ruffles peaking through is beautifully designed to elevate what could have been a more casual vibe with the ribbed material of most of the dress.
Nothing says UNcasual as opera gloves, though, and Florence Pugh wore them in sheer with a two-piece cropped lace look that I like more than I ever expected I would. A lot of that has to do with fit – the fit is exactly right – and also the rest of the styling, like her hair, which is slicked back and wet, with a lot of masculine energy, and that plays well with the uber-femininity of everything else.
On my timeline though, which is usually a combination of Chinese and Korean dramas, k-pop, and Marvel, what people were most excited about was Florence hanging out with BLACKPINK’s Rosé, also a Tiffany ambassador.
This white cut-out dress with the drop waist to a lampshade skirt is both princess and pop punk. Mostly, though, I’m obsessed with how long Rosé has been able to stay blonde and maintain the tone and how she and her stylists manage the damage because it’s been years. One day I’m going to do it – full blonde, like maybe for a milestone birthday – so I need whatever tips Rosé and her team are handing out. Korean beauty technique, as we know, is the standard.
