Did you see that tweet about Ellen DeGeneres that went viral this weekend? It was lighting up all my group chats. There’s been all kinds of sh-t going around about Ellen for years. But she’s one of those people – there’s an opinion about her online and then there’s the rest of the world. Not unlike Leonardo DiCaprio. You know how he’s basically a joke on the internet? Then you go to a dinner party and people still think he's Jack from Titanic. Same goes for Justin Timberlake. Anyway, I totally believe the Ellen nail polish story and the one about Russell Brand and the thing she has about smells. (Dlisted)

We all know that movies and TV take generous creative licence when it comes to how sh-t actually works, right? I’m an idiot when it comes to this because I don’t know how anything works. Last night, I poked my belly button and I felt it so bad in my asshole and when I texted Duana and Lo if they were the same they said they get it in the front and not back and then tried to explain to me why. I’ve been alive this long and I still don’t understand. That, by the way, has never been in a movie, at least not one that I’ve seen but, haha, the part about crawling through air ducts totally makes sense to me now and yes, the ones in the movies are never dirty. Remember when Judd Nelson aka John Bender did this in The Breakfast Club and Molly Ringwald still kissed him? (Pajiba)

Prince William and Catherine of House Cambridge acknowledged Mother’s Day in the UK on Instagram. The post includes artwork by Big G. And some weird wording. “Mothers new and old” isn’t the most elegant phrasing. You know that first photo in their carousel? If Meghan Markle had posted a shot of her with Harry and Archie frolicking in the park like that, while people in the UK crowded parks and outdoor spaces this weekend, flagrantly ignoring social distancing pleas, she’d have been blamed for encouraging it. This is a very, very, VERY tough Fug Madness matchup. And the Fug Girls are brilliant for setting the bracket up this way: it’s Rita Ora vs Katy Perry, I know, right?! I’ve been staring at the vote box for 15 minutes and based on the experience of my eyes, I don’t know what to pick. That said, I think it’s gonna have to be Katy because… she should always be more famous than Rita. (Go Fug Yourself)
