Was it a wedding wrap? A wrap wedding?
Kristen Stewart are Dylan Meyer are married! The wedding happened yesterday at their home in LA – TMZ has the photos. Looked like an intimate gathering, an afternoon backyard party on a Sunday, super chill and very much to their vibes.
Kristen and Dylan are personally and professionally legal. They run a production company together, along with Maggie McLean. Over the last few weeks, they’ve been working on The Wrong Girls, with Dylan directing from a screenplay she and Kristen co-wrote. Kristen was last seen on set just last Thursday and the two were also photographed out and about for lunch last Monday, the day before TMZ says they obtained a marriage licence from a courthouse in LA.
Production on The Wrong Girls was scheduled to run for 29 days, pretty standard for an independent film, starting in February so it’s about that time for them to be wrapping. Which is why I’m wondering whether or not the wedding this weekend was a celebration on multiple levels. It’s a ceremony to mark their commitment to each other life. And, perhaps, a celebration to mark their collaboration together in their work. The Wrong Girls is their first film together – and it’s a beautiful way to commemorate the achievement which, in these times especially for any indie, is a huge win.
