Zendaya was the MVP at the Louis Vuitton presentation at Paris Fashion Week

The Louis Vuitton presentation at Paris Fashion Week is always a huge spectacle. LV is LVMH’s most valuable brand and Zendaya is arguably the house’s most valuable ambassador in terms of media impact value. I’m sure we’re all aware by now that when Zendaya shows up, it’s always viral. Which is that much more amazing when you consider that she herself, at least publicly, is not all that active on social media, unlike much of her generation.

Maybe that’s one of the keys to her popularity. Zendaya does not oversaturate Zendaya. And she’s been pretty quiet this year – working, hanging out with Tom Holland, spending time with her family and friends… not on camera. I’ve talked many times about how many projects she’s been banking – several films, the new Euphoria etc – so a low-key 2025 is only setting up a very high-key 2026. But also, her extended absences add that much more excitement to her appearances.

So here she is yesterday at the LV show in a silver jacket with fur trim and, well, no one does it better.

There was another reason she was viral this week, though. Or at least the subject of virality. Tom Holland was an event recently and was asked about his “girlfriend”. At which point he quickly made the correction. Teen Kathleen, lol, sent this to me yesterday in all caps: THIS IS SO HOT.

Now it’s my turn to all caps: WHY ARE THEY SO CUTE I CAN’T STAND IT.

As usual, Law Roach was with Zendaya for the LV presentation and while she hasn’t been keeping him all that busy lately because, as mentioned, she hasn’t been stepping out all that much, he has been killing it with Jodie Turner-Smith on the Tron: Ares press tour. The looks are perfectly suited to the movie. And to her. Like on another level.

The most recent smash hit, though, is Jodie in archival Givenchy by Lee McQueen. What a f-cking great choice for this particular movie.

But there’s some intrigue here, I think? Because for a long time, Jodie was styled by Wayman + Micah. Like as recently as May. Just an amicable change of style direction or is there something there?
