Upgrade or downgrade?
Let’s start at the top of mediocrity. Katie Holmes was clearly going for the Audrey Hepburn vibe. Sure. I don’t hate it. I wish she would have chosen a more exciting black pump, because that’s a really boring black pump, but fine. It’s not like our baseline of excitement where Katie’s concerned is all that high.
Mrs Timberlake decided to go black too, but long, with a plunging neckline. She looks great in this dress and decided to f-ck it up with her hair. Excuse me, what happened there? This is why Mrs T left Europe, where her husband is touring, to go back to New York. I often wonder how they classify opportunities like these. Do they call it “work”? Because, well, there had to have been some kind of compensation, right?
Isn’t that how Kate Bosworth exists now? Her fee for Coachella is a reported $30,000. As IF. Of the three of them, only Bosworth came with a date – her husband, the ubiquitous Michael Polish. And she wore pink, just to make sure you could see her. Jesus these two exhaust me.
