Received a few emails and tweets asking about Jennifer Garner and why she wasn’t with Ben Affleck at the Golden Globes. He didn’t walk the carpet (neither did Gwyneth Paltrow and Chris Martin, by the way) so it really wasn’t an occasion to present themselves, and he’s not campaigning anymore anyway. However, the Screen Actors Guild has just announced their first list of presenters for Saturday’s award show. Both Affleck and Garner are on it. Garner is also a nominee as part of the cast of Dallas Buyers Club. My point is, for those of you wondering whether or not there was something more to her absence on Sunday, there’s not. And just to drive the point home here they are today getting coffee together.
