Rachel McAdams was in Toronto on Saturday for Canada’s Walk of Fame event. She wore black and white for the awards and then red inside at the dinner. And she had several members of her family there with her, that’s how exciting the honour was for all of them, not only because of course she’s Canadian, but because it was happening in her own city.
For what it’s worth, Rachel was last known to be dating Patrick Sambrook, a Canadian music manager. They’ve not been seen together in a while, though that’s not always a telling sign of anything. In September though, she visited Jake Gyllenhaal on the set of his movie. Not that that means anything. Sambrook was not on the red carpet with her at the Walk of Fame. And if he was there, he was not seated at her table at the dinner.
