It was announced yesterday that Charlie Hunnam will replace Benedict Cumberbatch in The Lost City Of Z. Cumberbatch dropped out because he’s doing Dr Strange.
Ummm…no problem here, not from where I’m sitting. That’s an upgrade.
Charlie will play Col. Percival Fawcett. He went to the Amazon hoping to find a magical mystery land and was never seen again. Sienna Miller and Robert Pattinson are also in it.
That’s a LOT of pretty in one movie, non? I can’t wait to see how that dynamic plays out. On the set of Sons Of Anarchy, where they were so comfortable with each other after all those seasons, Charlie was pretty relaxed with the all natural contents of his backpack. Wonder if he’s taking that backpack to the Amazon to share with Miller and Pattinson.
You know what my mind is doing though? Because that Magic Mike XXL trailer is bouncing around in my head. I’m not sure Charlie Hunnam can dance (probably not) but can you imagine?
