After a week of exploring their connection in their own villa – which was basically Instagram – with hinty posts and a chaotic Labubu unboxing – Megan Thee Stallion and Klay Thompson are officially coupled up on the outside. 

 

They premiered themselves on the red carpet at the Pete & Thomas Foundation gala (her charity) last night in New York. They look SO good together.

Meg is happy. When asked during interviews on the press line about their relationship, she repeatedly called him “nice” and kind”, and this is exactly what we want for her: a nice and kind person. If he happens to be hot and if they happen to be sizzling together… bonus!

 

But the reason I’m making all those Love Island references about them is because, well, Megan was the best surprise guest the show has ever had and she obviously knows the islanders and all about the drama. But also, as she revealed last night, Klay might be more into it than she is. 

This is fast – or maybe we just think it’s fast and they’ve been undercover for much longer than we know. Or maybe they just know. Because this is couple is giving SERIOUS. The way she’s talking about him so confidently, the way he’s present for her, how comfortably public they look… 

A member of our Squawk community in the daily chat today just declared that this is endgame. I see it too.
