Sofia Vergara was spotted at dinner with Dan Reynolds, who just split from Minka Kelly. The headlines are a bit deceiving because there was a group of people at dinner, not a one-on-one, and it looked friendly but they weren’t climbing all over each other.

We’ll put this in the “maybe” column.

Chicken Shop Date is in its final season and the whole show is predicated on Amelia Dimoldenberg’s ability to banter, which she does with Noel Gallagher, who shows up to interviews either extremely charming or extremely crusty. She got the charming version. Here he is pretending he’s not into star signs, when you know he’s reading his charts.

I’m enjoying Law Roach’s work Kim Kardashian, so sue me!

i-D has a special Beyoncé edition for the launch of Cécred in the UK. Beyoncé is not always successful in business – she’s had a few clothing lines fail, there was a vegan meal delivery service (22 Days Nutrition) and olive oil (not sure if that is still around). What’s different about Cécred is it is not a licensing deal or collaboration with an investor; there isn’t a faceless company putting the money up. That is how most other celebrity brands work, but not this one. Cécred was doing well and then the Restoring Hair & Edge success stories hit social media and now it’s a runaway success. These drops fly off the shelves and it’s not because of sponsored content or influencers or incentivized reviews (which I hate and wish beauty retailers would get rid of), it’s mostly been genuine word-of-mouth (which is very rare). Maybe I’m biased but I have these drops and love them.

A new twist in the Amy Griffin saga with a big scoop from Semafor’s Ben Smith (who founded BuzzFeed and was a columnist at the New York Times). After the Times published a story questioning Griffin’s memoir, Amy and her husband were at Ari Emmanuel’s annual Aspen retreat and Amy reportedly threatened to make the life of reporter Katherine Rosman’s children “miserable” in retaliation for what she felt the Times story had done to her children. The person who heard the comment was so perturbed that they relayed it to a mutual contact to pass on to Rosman. It’s also alleged that “Griffin spoke to a person in a position to influence admissions at a major American university” regarding Rosman’s daughter, who was a senior in high school. Billy Bush (ya, that Billy Bush) has covered the story and said Amy’s team is threatening to blackball and financially ruin people who report on her. The threat of litigation is the point; Semafor took a big risk posting this story because it could draw them into a lawsuit that is expensive to defend. As for Griffin, she is creating her own Streisand Effect.
