Ariana Grande has taken Selena Gomez’s spot as the most followed woman on Instagram, but I don’t know if this is really a competition considering that Selena has taken a big step back from social media. Her posts are few and far between and much more cautious than Ariana’s, who is also promoting a lot of work and often interacts with fans. It’s more like a changing of the guard than a takeover.

Irina Shayk’s dress was backless, like Charlize’s Oscar dress, Naomi Campbell’s Vanity Fair party dress, and Gwyneth Paltrow’s wedding dress (and, if we go back, Hilary Swank’s Guy Laroche dress, which has its own Wiki page). Is this becoming a standard silhouette?

Leonardo DiCaprio skipped the Vanity Fair party, but Camila Morrone was there (in a backless dress). She is also doing sponsored vitamin ads on her Instagram – did they break up or something?
