I get why the Thomas Markle Zone is scandalous to royal watchers, but to normal people, is it that unusual to have some relatives that would sell you out? And for much less than what the rogue Markles are receiving. (Side note: Christmas dinner with John Legend sounds delightful.)
I had a cousin try to raffle off tickets to have "Christmas Dinner with John Legend". So, yes. https://t.co/rttOblUcks

David Beckham was in Madrid yesterday, and now he’s back in the UK. At Kate and Will’s wedding, Victoria was very pregnant with Harper and David was all smiles. Fast forward a few years and I feel like he’s become more (publicly) dour, while she has become looser. For a very long time, the Beckhams were masters of performative public affection – do they still have it in them? Beyond the dress, this is what I’ll be interested in this weekend.
Portia de Rossi has launched General Public, which has been in the works for a few years. The premise is to use 3-D technology to reproduce paintings into a synograph, so instead of just a poster print, you get the actual texture of a piece of art. Beyond the media support (like a spread in Architectural Digest), celebs show up for Ellen and Portia. They are very popular.
I would love to be in a book club with Reese Witherspoon, though I don’t think I could keep up with her pace (apparently she’s a voracious-- and very fast-- reader). I’m guessing her next pick will be The Favorite Sister, by Jessica Knoll. Her first book, Luckiest Girl Alive, was optioned by Reese – will The Favorite Sister follow? It’s exactly the type of story (female-led, mysterious, biting) that Reese gravitates towards in her producing.
Miley Cyrus and Liam Hemsworth are so low drama, aren’t they? They look so chill all the time.
Kettlebells are the devil’s instrument.
Oliver Hudson says he was almost cast on This Is Us, but instead of doing a chemistry test with Mandy Moore, he went on a pre-planned fishing trip. I guess this is supposed to be charming, but it kind of makes him sound lazy and really, if they couldn’t wait 10 days, how badly did they really want him?
