A month after marrying Callum Turner in Italy, Dua Lipa is back at work. She’s been in and out of Electric Lady Studios in New York, including yesterday, popping up in a polka dot dress and tall boots.

I presume she’s working on new music, two years after Radical Optimism sort of didn’t go anywhere (I am a Dua apologist and that album is good!), but she could also just be killing time, as Callum Turner is currently filming a horror movie with Margaret Qualley and Paul Dano in New Jersey. Anyway, here are the newlyweds looking insanely hot on their wedding day:

Lainey is a fan of Callum Turner, but I think he is at his hottest when with Dua. She makes him hotter. The wedding photos Dua shared are a prime example, I look at Callum in his THR photoshoot, styled for maximum effect, but I think he is 30x hotter and more James Bond than ever when he’s posing with Dua.

It’s a busy summer for both of them. They got married and are back at work and soon Callum will be on the press tour for One Night Only, a rom-com with Monica Barbaro. I am Dua-positive on Callum and fully in the tank for Barbaro, but I cannot get past the premise of this movie. It’s like The Purge but for sex. It feels like the pitch came from someone who read one (1) article about Gen Z having less sex than previous generations and gamed that out to “what if they eliminate sex altogether, except for on Purge night?”

Actually, you know what, if One Night Only is a secret crossover with The Purge, I would watch the sh-t out of that. Half the people are doing Purge Crimes, and half the population are trying to have Purge Sex, but you don’t know who you’re dealing with until they either attempt to murder you or hit on you. Or what if it’s like a guy determined to do a Purge Murder to achieve the Justice He Has Been Denied gets derailed because he meets the love of his life but it’s Purge night and he only has enough time to either Finish The Job or Get Laid and the movie is a series of hijinks as he tries to both Achieve His Nefarious Ends and Lock Down That Baddie. Now THAT is a wacky rom-com premise I would watch.
