They’ve been friends for a long time – you’ll recall, when Kate was nominated for an Oscar for Almost Famous, it was Stella she chose for the red carpet: one of the worst Oscar looks ever.

They were together again tonight in London for the Elle Style awards with much better results. LOVE the little black jacket over the white gown. Love.

Stella of course has just come off having her, like, 27th child. OK it was her third. But doesn’t it seem like it? Her animal-friendly shoes are absolutely the sh*t. Want them.
