I said it was a flex yesterday the way Andrew Mukamal has been styling Lindsay Lohan as a tribute to her own career, and that continues today at the London premiere of Freakier Friday. Here she is in a small-sequin purple dress that’s meant to reference a key scene from the first movie, what Anna wore to the wedding.

That original dress has its own backstory – you can read it in the caption of the post below:

This is great work, finding a dress that invokes the spirit of its predecessor, is unmistakably an homage, but also has its own personality – and obviously works for this moment and this occasion. That said, it’s not the best outfit from London. Because that title belongs, at least so far, to this black off-the-shoulder Saint Laurent that I won’t even bother finding a dupe for because it wins, no other option is going to be better than this one, it is too f-cking good and looks amazing on her. The end.

What else happened today…

Conan O’Brien and Andy Samberg talked about how Adam Sandler kinda changed the vibes at Saturday Night Live, in a good way. Sandler is definitely one of this summer’s winners – it’s not just that Happy Gilmore 2 is doing huge numbers on Netflix, it’s also the general positive press around him and his career, period. Lola Tung’s whole look here – the dress, the spiky updo – is very, very 90s/early 2000s. I actually thought this photo was from back then. (Go Fug Yourself)

Have you seen Renee Rapp’s prank calls yet? Bowen Yang is one of her victims and she got him so good, I love his reaction at the end. The joke is that she deserves an Oscar for this and, yeah, it really is that convincing. (The Pink News)

Jason Momoa shaved his beard and a lot of people are in their feelings about this. (The Cut)

The headline here is all I needed about Tyra Banks eating in bed and even eating crumbs that she finds days later. No thank you. NO THANK YOU. Like… whyyyyy?! I only eat in bed when I’m really sick, like really sick, like in the hospital for surgery, not even at a hotel. Which means I’ve only eaten in bed twice in the last 35 years – when I broke my arm and the first time I had COVID. If it’s a regular seasonal cold or flu? That’s not sick enough. No eating in bed is a hard rule for me, anyone else want to weigh in? (Celebitchy)
