Florence Pugh doesn’t have her septum piercing right now but she’s had it for a while so maybe she takes it in and out.
She is someone I’d like to see at the Met Gala this year, she’s worn some big looks but hasn’t had a really memorable appearance on that specific red carpet… yet. I think her most memorable look to date is the purple Valentino blouse and shorts she wore at the Venice Film Festival for Don’t Worry Darling. The Aperol Spritz really solidified it.
PEOPLE Magazine has a headline “Why Ex-Prince Andrew and Sarah Ferguson never remarried” and it’s like, well he’s a disgusting perv and she’s a weirdo enabler, so I don’t actually concern myself with it that much. Anyway, here’s a royal throwback with Princess Diana and two other people.
Remember how a few weeks ago Reese Witherspoon was all “golly gee ladies what’s AI, am I right?” and many of us side-eyed her. Well thank you to Angela for sending me a post by Meredith Lynch, who dug into an AI course at Purdue being co-signed by Sunnie, Reese Witherspoon’s company. There’s even a promo code! So what is more likely here: that Reese is a disengaged businesswoman and is all “WHAT’S AI” while her own company is trying to monetize it? Or, is Reese actually a businesswoman using her celebrity to market her “AI storytellers” (barf) class?
Katie Lee Biegel got a Goop delivery and she seems to be really straining for joy. In her defense, how enthusiastically can a person say, “broccoli kale avocado”? Goop is entering an intense market in NYC and I wonder about the choice here because there’s so many Goop-esque places with a Gwyneth Paltrow-approved salad where they would have a big built-in audience (high-income women who exercise a lot), places like Scottsdale or Palm Desert or Caramel-by-the-Sea. Is the urban lunch crowd giving up Sweetgreen for Goop? TBD.
Will Arnett and Carolyn Murphy have reportedly split. This is total recency bias because I watched Charlize Theron on the Pat the Puss podcast and let’s consider Will… and Charlize Theron? Not forever, obviously, because Charlize does not want a man in her house but this would just be until Labour Day. Charlize has appeared on SmartLess so they have met. You might think this is sacrilegious because Charlize is too hot to function, which is fair, but she has also said she enjoys a fling.
