Zoe Kazan tweeted about Taylor Swift not inviting Blake Lively to the wedding from the angle of storytelling. But Swifties have zero chill so of course it’s a whole thing.

My interpretation of Zoe’s comment is that Taylor is at the end of her “searching for love through various obstacles” era and her next plot will center around the dissolution of friendships. Maybe, but it also disregards that Taylor has explored her friendships pretty deeply in her work. The fallout with Karlie Kloss and their truce is significant.

Glen Powell hard launching while promoting his potato chips – ok, influencer.

Seth and Lauren Rogen were on the Jennifer Hudson Show and talked about Seth giving up jeans. Jennifer brought it up because Kevin Hart has given them up as well. I have two thoughts here: women’s jeans might be maybe more comfortable than men’s? Or there are more options for women’s denim? My other thought is this – jeans are for outside the house, jeans are a “going out” pant. It shocks me that people can lounge around the house in jeans. They scare me.

John Oliver had a multi-day cameo on General Hospital and got the full soap star treatment (getting slapped).

When Edward Norton comes up, there’s always a question about why he isn’t a bigger star or a more bankable star. I think it’s something he’s actively avoided in his film choices and also I think his reputation for being difficult has affected him.

This morning Lainey wrote about Hudson Williams at Balenciaga and I can’t get over how hot everyone looks. Not like sexy hot, I mean temperature hot. The cropped jacket on Cynthia Erivo looks fantastic but suede, in July! Demi Moore is in layers, for goodness sake.
