This morning Lainey wrote about the end of Tom and Gisele but I’m focusing on another divorce leak with a very different ending for Sylvester Stallone and Jennifer Flavin. They separated in August (remember when he covered the tattoo of her face with a dog?) and quickly reunited.
In an interview with the Sunday Times (with excerpts in PEOPLE), he says the split was a “reawakening” for him to prioritise his family over work. He’s 76 and says it was a “hard lesson to learn.” His youngest child is 20 and his oldest is 36 (all his children have S names, very Kris Jenner of him) and he says he “didn’t pay enough attention when they were growing up.” Many stars, especially from his generation, had families but were making back-to-back movies for years on end, taking them away from home for long stretches of time. (Also, ego and parenting don’t really mix well.) He told the Times, "I was so career-oriented, and now I go, 'OK, I don't have that much runway up ahead, and I want to start asking them about their lives.” Again, his youngest child is 20 and he’s just starting with the basics. If he is in this place with all five of his kids, I wonder how receptive each will be to his newfound interest in, um, asking how their day was. After 20+ years without your dad around in a consistent way, you might be a little resistant to opening up. (Here he is with his true ride or die, Arnie Schwarzenegger.)
I am not the first person to point this out by any means, but Tara Reid calls this queen of hearts...and all of the cards are diamonds. Hearts would have made so much more sense! Tara is seeing a bit of a re-emergence on social media thanks to her viral singing videos on TikTok. If she can find a way to monetize that, good for her.

People are leaving Twitter because of Elon Musk and I’d like to say I have some moral high ground here but I don’t and I will be there to the bitter end. Just me and the porn bots will be left. The whole vibe over there is very “sign my yearbook.”
Welp. It’s been fun Twitter. I’m out. See you on other platforms, peeps. Sorry, this one’s just not for me. â¤ï¸ðŸ™ðŸ¼— Sara Bareilles (@SaraBareilles) October 30, 2022

Breaking news: Uzo Aduba has weighed in on Team Kathy Hilton. Did she get an angry DM from Lisa Rinna? I absolutely love when proper celebrities get into Real Housewives.
Let’s be clear: Kathy Hilton single-handedly SAVED #RHOBH.— Uzo Aduba (@UzoAduba) October 30, 2022
……and everybody knows it.
There’s constant debate about “separating the art from the artist” and I don’t think it’s an easily resolvable issue but in this one specific case, Sarah Polley’s approves of people loving The Baron of Munchausen directed by Terry Gilliam. (You can read about her on-set experience here.)
1/2I have seen some discussion about whether or not people can still like this movie after hearing about my horrible experiences working on it as a child. You may not be asking for it or care - but you have my unconditional permission to still love this movie. https://t.co/kLTJXtAjjB— @realSarahPolley (she/her) (@realsarahpolley) October 29, 2022
How did the Succession x Veep crossover happen? Writer Georgia Pritchett, who is a wildly talented and prolific TV writer. She also wrote the first episode of Run, a promising show that ended up a chaotic waste of time. The way that show went off the rails should be studied in school. I think it’s been deleted by HBO Max.
But wait… one more. This is not a celebrity but teens dressing as a celebrity. This has taken me out.
