Jessica, Danny, and the Summer of Romance

What have I been saying?! And I’ll say it again – the first half of 2025 was all about celebrity breakups, but the back half of 2025 is countering those splits with new romances: Jennifer Aniston, Megan Thee Stallion, Anna Kendrick, and now Jessica Alba. 

Maybe it’s fitting because Jessica’s divorce was one of the earliest of 2025 – the story broke on January 8 that she and Cash Warren were done. Now, six months later, she’s coupled up… 

But before we get to that, the timing is interesting. As noted in my post yesterday about Anna Kendrick and Alex Edelman, Alex was seen with Jessica after the Oscars. Now they’re both soft and hard launching with other people in the same week. In Jessica’s case, she was seen this past weekend returning to LA from Cancun with a “mystery man”. Hours later he was identified as Danny Ramirez which… like I said about Anna and Alex, these two also totally track for me, the gossip math is adding up. 

Jessica of course is a successful entrepreneur and a f-cking smokeshow and she’s been making more noise in pop culture since ending her marriage. As for Danny Ramirez – let me boast here for Sarah because he is her Next Big Deal Prediction. As she wrote back in February ahead of the release of Captain America: Brave New World: 

“… let’s get real about Danny Ramirez. Remember when I said Chris Pratt would be a huge movie star? And when I said Monica Barbaro is a STAR, and predicted her Oscar nomination before A Complete Unknown even came out? And when I said everyone is sleeping on Lewis Pullman’s sex appeal? And then I was right about all of those things? Well, Danny Ramirez is also a STAR. The man is a complete charm bomb on screen, he turns the most mundane-ass nothing moments into delightful little scenes.”

Plus… he too is a smokeshow. Jessica + Danny is a balanced equation, a welcome addition (ha!) to the horny love party of the summer. And the second big winning Latino coupling of the week!
