Nicola Peltz-Beckham attended the Premio Kineo to receive the Rising Star Award in Cinema and TV, and has an upcoming role in the independent film, Prima. Everywhere the Peltz-Beckhams go, the family story follows, and her publicist can put up a shield against direct questions, but every headline and appearance will be tied to the Beckham of it all. Curious to see how their aggressive PR tries to get ahead of that.

Goop is all over the place, in a way that continues to confound me. Benny Blanco is famous and seems like a very nice guy, but what the heck does he have to do with women’s wellness? My guess is that Benny’s podcast is much more popular than Goop’s, and they did a tit-for-tat appearance.

Meghan Sussex posted a birthday tribute to Harry, her second post this week, but I don’t know if it will distract from the story that their children have had to change schools. It’s been confirmed by PEOPLE, which has had the most reliable reporting. Today, PEOPLE posted a story on Harry and Will’s estrangement, calling it a “very, very Cold War.”

The Family Stone is getting a sequel; to some, this is a cozy Christmas classic and to others, this is a torturous character study. I vehemently disliked everyone in this family and I know it’s not just me. So far the plot details – STOP HERE IF YOU DON’T WANT TO KNOW – involves a time jump and the dad (Craig T. Nelson) introducing a new girlfriend at Christmas. OK that’s a good premise but you know what also would have been good? If they set it like a week later and the swapped brother/sister couples were like wait what the f-ck are we doing, you’ve had sex with my sibling, I can’t do this.
