It’s not often we get pictures of Oscar Isaac who I saw first. So, even though I don’t have much to say, I’m posting these pictures anyway. Because he’s wearing a bomber and his hair is perfect and sometimes he has on his thinking face and sometimes he has on his smiling face and all the time it’s a really, really hot face. So. Isn’t that enough of a reason for a post?
If you need other Oscar information, it was announced yesterday that Isaac will star in an upcoming film called A Foreigner to be directed by Alfonso Gomez-Rejon of Me And Earl And The Dying Girl. It’s based on a New Yorker article by David Grann in 2011 about the true story of Guatemalan man who devised a way to video his own murder and then somehow distribute the footage to expose his killers and the corruption that he had uncovered. Matt Damon at one point was interested in directing but it didn’t happen. And the script was adapted by Chris Terrio who works closely with Ben Affleck and is doing all those Justice League movies and he also wrote Argo so this is likely a prestige project. Which means Oscar will become even more popular than he already is now. Oh. So NOW you want to pay attention?
