Gwyneth Paltrow has been hustling for years and taken on a few partnerships that aren’t exactly aligned with her rich wellness brand (like frozen food and injectables). She’s well-off but also needs cashflow but I’m surprised she would do something so specific like a restaurant ad. Maybe she loves the place, maybe it’s a favour to a friend, or maybe it’s a recession indicator. 

 

This and her going back to acting, which immediately pays the bills. We’ve seen a million photos of Gwyneth but this one looks so stiff – I think it’s her outfit. She looks like she’s getting ready to do a mass layoff at a Fortune 500 company, not immerse herself in a forest experience. 

 

We all have seen the similarities between Zendaya’s suit and Anna Sawai’s suits at the MET Gala and the viral clip of Law Roach seeing Anna on the red carpet (Access Hollywood caught the moment). Obviously not ideal but it seems like Roach might be embarrassed – he hasn’t posted a photo of Zendaya in the his grid, which is not the norm. He did post about other people he styled that night, and a carousel of himself. Zendaya is not a regular client, they are more like partners so this does stick out to me. 

 
 

Mother’s Day is a complicated holiday for some and I know how I’ll be spending my Sunday checking to see if Brooklyn Beckham posts about his mom. It’s not Mother’s Day in the UK, but usually he posts for both. 

Leonardo DiCaprio attended the MET Gala for the first time ever, likely because of his girlfriend Vittoria Ceretti. I don’t think this is an indicator of seriousness in the relationship; besides Gisele, the furthest he’s gone publicly with a woman is Camila Morrone (they adopted dogs together during COVID). 

 

He has a rotation of things he does with women: farmers markets, vacations with his mom, hanging with his friends, maybe a public event like the LACMA gala but never photographed on a red carpet, goes on for a year or two, then a precise source statement that they broke up). What’s interesting about Vittoria is that at 26 going on 27, she’s a young divorcée. That’s kind of glamorous.
