Lewis and Kim: A matching prelude?
Last week, Lewis Hamilton shared a video to Instagram from his time in Tokyo when he showed up at a car meet and drifted in a Ferrari F40 with Kim Kardashian in the passenger seat. It was p-rn for racing enthusiasts and celebrity gossips. And, I believe, it was Lewis putting Kim’s face first on his IG before his face appeared on hers so he’s the one who made them Instagram official – which these days is considered a major step in relationship progression.
You can imagine how smug Kim would be about this, that Lewis would be the one to publicly bona fide her, on his channel, and in the flashiest, most extra way.
Then they showed up at Coachella together this past weekend, seen at Justin Bieber’s show – which would not have been possible if not for that loser in the White House wreaking havoc in the Middle East, resulting in the cancellation of both the Bahrain and Saudi Arabia Grand Prix, originally scheduled at the same time as Coachella.
Yesterday, Lewis and Kim were papped in LA shopping for rugs, so he’s obviously spending his downtime with her and her family, until he has to return for race prep at some point next week.
LOL Lewis in a Toronto Maple Leafs cap on the day they played their final game to end an abysmal season. For the benefit of those who don’t live here, if there actually is a Kardashian curse, it’s a baby hex compared to the curse hanging over the Leafs. So if Lewis flops at the next race, don’t blame Kim, blame this hat, hahahahahaha.
Speaking of the next race, it’s two weeks from this coming Sunday in Miami, one day before the Met Gala. That was also the case last year and Lewis flew to New York immediately after the Grand Prix to attend so it’s very possible he could do the same this time – and we’ve been wondering for weeks now, since he and Kim have become more and more open about their relationship, whether or not they will make their red carpet debut there. Seems increasingly likely?
Also, will their outfits be matching, too? Met Gala fits are planned well in advance and Kim, as we know, regards the Met Gala like it’s her Super Bowl. Lewis also loves the Met Gala and since they’ve been together since at least the end of last year, almost six months, there would have been ample opportunity for coordination. The theme is Costume Art. The dress code is “Fashion is Art”. If they do decide to premiere themselves, how will they present their love as “art” on that red carpet? And will everyone be OK?
