Timothée Chalamet and Kylie Jenner were in New York last night, seated courtside at Madison Square Garden to watch the Knicks in game five against the Atlanta Hawks. This is not new – Timmy rides hard for New York sports teams, across several sports, but for the Knicks, it seems, he goes extra, because he’s even been known to travel for the away games.

Here he is on the jumbotron repping the home side after they played a clip from Marty Supreme.

And here he is arriving with Kylie, holding hands.

These two are like the Beckhams, when they are seated together, they are always touching – his hand often on her thigh. For years now the follow-up question to this visual would have been, has someone checked on Club Chalamet, is she OK? In 2026, though, is she OK hits different and also, she apparently announced this week that she’s quitting Timmy at the end of the year after Dune 3 comes out. Which means… PROTECT CONNOR STORRIE.

After the game, Timmy and Kylie went out for dinner, and here’s where, again, I don’t understand the obsession with her style.

Those jeans are an abomination but a 25-year-old, guaranteed, would jump in here to tell me that I’m a fossil. And it’s true – to a younger generation of fashion girlies and gays, what Kylie wears is what they want to wear. So, I guess, tacky ass jeans made for women aspiring to become Jax Teller’s old lady. To my eye though, everything Kylie wears looks the same, whether it’s Schiaparelli or Fashion Nova. 

Since we’re talking about style though, seems like Kylie’s already in town for the Met Gala. She was in custom Ferragamo last year and it is inevitable that she and her sisters will be back this year, it’s just a matter of what they’ll be wearing for one of the broadest themes the event has ever seen: Costume Art, dress code Fashion is Art. Literally could be anything, although people have been encouraged to pay attention to the exhibit and the selection of pieces that focuses on how artists have clothed the body so the body could be a major trend on Monday … and this lines up perfectly with all the Kardashian-Jenners since, well, their whole sh-t is the body and wearing the tightest possible sh-t they can find. Don’t count on Kylie Jenner to show up in Yohji Yamamoto.

Will Timmy show up though? Last year he skipped the Met Gala for the Knicks and, as I’ve already mentioned, he’s actually only been to the event once, when he co-chaired a few years ago. So his attendance is not a given and with all the smoke that was surrounding him during award season, it wouldn’t surprise me if he just keeps his public appearances to sporting events for the next little while. Unless of course, Kim and Kylie have talked him and Lewis Hamilton into some sort of moment on the red carpet.
