I forgot about Louis Vuitton when I posted about Chanel this morning – the LV show happened today as the closing show for PFW and as usual the main event is Zendaya wearing Zendaya, and by that I mean she wore a piece she’s already worn, and not that long ago.

Here’s what it looked like the first time, during The Odyssey press tour.

And here’s what it looks like now, just three months later, styled differently. WWD calls it an “artful move”, to remix the bolero that already got SO much play so recently with a pair of straight leg jeans. It’s giving “I’ve been such a heatscore this year and I’m about to be a heatscore again when Dune 3 starts up so let me just take my foot off the gas a bit and still keep them gagged”. But also, stop f-cking around with the AI and starting fake news about me being pregnant.

But also… keeping The Odyssey in the conversation even as so many contenders are being released and positioning themselves in the award season race.

But also… Spider-Man: Brand New Day is now available on streaming. I watched the blooper reel this morning and was reminded that we never talked about how this is the now the highest-grossing domestic movie of all time in North America and the third highest-grossing movie worldwide, period with $2.45 billion at the box office – and obviously streaming will add to that. She’s currently the highest-grossing actor of the year. With Brand New Day, The Drama, The Odyssey, and Dune 3, Zendaya’s 2026 total could be a record. Between her, Florence Pugh – her co-star in both Brand New Day and Dune 3 – they’re in a tight race for this crown, depending on how Avengers: Doomsday does. Unless of course Tom Holland shows up in Avengers: Doomsday and then the title is his.

What else happened today…

Thanks to Dustin Rowles for reminding me to watch War and learning me that a second season is already greenlit. (Pajiba)

Alessandro Michele’s latest Valentino collection is so him… and I hate it. (Go Fug Yourself)

Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce went out for dinner in New York to celebrate his birthday. (Celebitchy)

I know some of the jokes are probably not allowed now but… I still laugh at Wedding Crashers, at least once every few days my husband and I will quote a line from it. “Ma, the meatloaf!” comes up every time I make meatloaf. It was a movie that made clear that the audience, at the time, wanted R-rated comedies. (The Ringer)

Let’s not stop talking about the Cornell 7 case. Here’s Andrea González-Ramírez on “The Reason Why Colleges Still Fail to Address Sexual Violence”. (The Cut)
